2. Submitting a Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your full name, address, and telephone number
- The URL of the material that was removed or disabled
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the removal was the result of an error or misidentification
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court, or—if you are located outside the United States—your consent to jurisdiction in any U.S. federal district court where APKYiYi may be found

Once a valid counter-notification is received, we may restore the material unless the original complainant files a legal action within the timeframe allowed by law.
